Purposes and legal basis
Operating the platform and managing your account (legal basis: contract). Brokerage between client and contractor (legal basis: contract). Invoicing and accounting (legal basis: legal obligation). Analytics and platform improvement (legal basis: legitimate interest, consent).
Categories of data
Identification data: name, email, phone number, company data. Profile data: service area, coverage, qualifications. Technical data: IP address, browser ID, session data. Documents: contracts, invoices, completion certificates.
Data transfers
Our processors: Resend (e-mail), Számlazz.hu (invoicing), Sentry (error tracking), Plausible (GDPR-friendly analytics), Hetzner (hosting, EU). We have a written agreement with every processor.
Retention period
User account: until account deletion or expiry of legal retention. Invoices: 8 years (accounting law). Audit log: 5 years. Marketing data: until consent withdrawal.
User rights
Access to your data, rectification, deletion, portability, objection, restriction. Send your request to info@lionsafetyehs.com; we respond within 30 days. You can lodge a complaint at the Hungarian NAIH (naih.hu).
