These terms apply to the use of the Lion Safety MSH platform. By using the platform you accept these terms.
Definitions
Service Provider: Lion Safety MSH Ltd. Platform: the service available on lionsafetyehs.com and its subdomains. Client: a natural or legal person who uses the platform to engage specialists and contractors. Contractor: a verified party registered on the platform performing trade or service activity.
Subject of the service
The platform provides a brokerage service between clients and contractors. The Service Provider's responsibility is limited to brokerage; the actual work is performed by the Contractor directly toward the Client.
Registration and user account
During registration you must provide accurate data. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. The contractor profile is verified and approved by the Service Provider before going active.
Liability and obligations
The Contractor is responsible for the quality, safety and legal compliance of their professional activity. The Client is required to pay for the ordered service as agreed in the contract.
Fees and invoicing
Registration on the platform is free. The Service Provider charges a brokerage fee on successfully completed jobs; the exact amount and method are detailed in the pricing available in your account.
Termination and dispute resolution
Your account can be terminated at any time in the profile settings. In case of a dispute we primarily aim for an amicable resolution; otherwise Hungarian law and the court of the Service Provider's seat applies.
